RETURNS, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

Our returns policy, for regular or off-the-shelf products, differs from personalized or made-to-order products.

  • For regular or off-the-shelf products, the returns policy lasts 5 days, from the date of delivery. So, if 5 days have passed since your regular, off-the-shelf product was delivered, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
    • To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, not damaged, or have missing parts for any reason. Essentially, it must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • For personalized or made-to-order products, there are no returns for products delivered in good condition. Only in the following scenario, you are liable to get a refund of money.
    • You received a damaged delivery from the courier. –> Do not accept delivery. Request courier to return it as disputed and undelivered. Please take pictures of the damaged delivery box and send them to returns@zestyworks.com.
    • Your product has a manufacturing defect. –> Take pictures of the item/part in proper lighting and send them to returns@zestyworks.com.

Our returns policy does not apply to the following

  • Clearance Sale Products
  • Downloadable Software, Templates, and Files
  • Gift Cards

Refunds 

The refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive your product. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment of the order. The expected time for a refund (after initiation) will be 3-5 working days. The refund time may vary from bank to bank.After 5 working days, since refund initiation, if you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@zestyworks.com.

Exchanges

We can replace items/parts only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same part, send us an email with pictures of defective or damaged part at returns@zestyworks.com and ship only the defective or damaged part to – ZESTYWORKS GALLERY, 1 Arondekar Farmhouse, Next to Amora Kimaya, Kranti Nagar, Pimple Nilakh, Pune, Maharashtra 411027, INDIA.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should ship your product to – ZESTYWORKS GALLERY, 1 Arondekar Farmhouse, Next to Amora Kimaya, Kranti Nagar, Pimple Nilakh, Pune, Maharashtra 411027, INDIA.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
